The code of Bearing insert UC204 with set screw is UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series) and UB (sb) 200 series. If the application environment is small, UC200 series is usually selected on the applications,, otherwise uc300 series is selected. This kind of bearing does not allow the shaft to tilt relative to the shell, and will generate additional axial force under the radial load. The axial clearance of this kind of bearing has a great influence on the normal operation of the bearing. When the axial clearance is too small, the temperature rise is high; when the axial clearance is large, the bearing is easy to be damaged. Therefore, special attention shall be paid to adjusting the axial clearance of the bearing during installation and operation, and pre interference installation can be conducted if necessary to increase the rigidity of the bearing.
